Auburn Ski Club maintains its own cross country trail system for recreational skiing, training and racing. Located on Donner Summit at 7,200 feet at the West end of Boreal Mt. Resort parking lot. Our trails traditional open before other areas and wilth better coverage well into the spring. We have 20km of trails groomed daily usually with 2+ passes to ensure an exceptional surface for our athletes and members. Trails and the Training Center are open Wed. through Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday unless a holiday. Server weather can close the trail system so always get the trail/grooming report for current status.
Season trail passes are still an amazing deal:
- Adult (18 and over): $60
- with Volunteer credit: $30
- 13-17yrs: $30
- Youth and Junior program participants – included in dues
- 12 yrs or under; or 70yrs – $free
Daily XC trail passes for non-members
- Adult
- Spring 2013 rate $12 all-day
- Half day: $10 (1-4:30pm)
- Member or guest of member: $10 (member must be present)
- Spring 2013 rate $12 all-day
- Child/ Senior
- All day: $5
- Half day: $5 (1pm – 4:30pm)
- Member or guest of member: $5 (member must be present)
- $5 Wednesday”s
- During February and March daily trail passes are only $5 to non-members.
Please note WE DO NOT RENT SKIS unless by prior arrangement. We prefer you lease equipment for the whole season (For season pass holders only). Pick up by prior arrangement.
