Ok Folks; It’s a Wrap. For Now…

You should all be staying active and focusing on Agility and Core/General Strength for the next month and a half. Be prepared for the best summer season EVER by training TODAY.

Mondays,

Day off

Monday will be Ben's day off - so practice not bugging on him on Mondays! :-)

Tuesdays,

Get out, get some fresh air, and get in shape!

Tuesdays will be a Comp & Truckee Devo day: 3:15-5:30/6pm June 1 - June 21st when we switch to 9-noon for summer vacation training schedule

& Tuesdays will be a Tahoe City Devo day - 3:00-4:30pm June 21st - Aug 25th

Wednesdays,

Get out, get some fresh air, and get in shape!

Wednesdays will be a comp day - training @ 3:15-5:30/6pm June 1 - June 21st when we switch to 9-noon for summer vacation training schedule

Additional strength workouts will be on Wednesdays afternoon during summer vacation @ 3-5pm

Thursdays,

Get out, get some fresh air, and get in shape!

Thursdays will be a Truckee Devo day: 3:15-5:30pm June 1 - June 21st when we switch to 9-noon for summer vacation training schedule

& Thursdays will be a Tahoe City Devo day - 3:00-4:30pm June 21st - Aug 25th

Fridays will be a Comp day - training 3:15-5:30pm June 1 - June 21st when we switch to 9-noon for summer vacation training schedule

Additional strength workouts will be ion Friday afternoons during summer vacation @ 3-5pm

Saturdays,

Get out, get some fresh air, and get in shape!

Saturday will be the 'adventure' Devo day (Truckee & Tahoe City combined) @9am-noon

Sunday,

Get out, get some fresh air, and get in shape!

Sunday will be the Comp 'Over Distance' day - so get out this spring so you are prepared for long workouts @ 9am-noon+
