- Be sure to bring Warm Clothes to train in and Dry Clothes to change into after each workout. In fact, now that winter is here you should bring these items to every practice.
- Remember: You need to be doing strength training on your own in addition to what we are doing together. Aim for 2-3 sessions per week of at least 30 minutes each including warm-up and cool-down.
- NOTE: Please let your coaches know immediately if you have any injury or pain that is bothering you. This helps us to modify your training schedule to ensure you can get healthy as quickly as possible. Also, please LET US KNOW IN ADVANCE if you’re not going to be at a scheduled practice.
- Lastly, YOU are responsible for your bringing your own equipment to and from practice! Do not count on your coaches to have equipment for you. If you have rented equipment, you should be taking it home with you after practice. If you need help with equipment on a given day, you MUST let your coaches know in advance, and we will try to figure out a way to help you.

Skate JNQ- Auburn Ski Club
Race Start at 10am with 3km first, then 5km, then 10km.All J2s will do 5km. All J1 and OJs will do 10km. Mass Start.
Be there by 9am to warm-up. Far West coaches will be available to supplement your glide wax/structure if you need it.
